Cancellation Policy

# Default Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Lavender & Honey Counseling. To provide consistent, high-quality care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, the following booking policy applies to all scheduled appointments. ### Appointment Confirmation Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. ### Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least **24 hours' notice** before your scheduled appointment. Any payment made will be applied to your new appointment date and time. ### Cancellations Appointments canceled **24 hours or more** before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. ### Late Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows if late over 10 minutes), are **non-refundable**. Because your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, it is unlikely that another client can be scheduled on short notice. ### Therapist Cancellations If Lavender & Honey Counseling must cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. ### Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies can occur. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible. Requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ### Late Arrival If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will generally end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. The full appointment fee still applies. By scheduling an appointment with Lavender & Honey Counseling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
